A Guide to Diet - Pratham Mhatre (TY)

"When it comes to eating healthy, it’s just doing the right thing. And it’s not something you have to do 365 days a year, but I think it’s something you have to do 25 days a month. Let’s put it that way.” - Mike Ditka.

Starting with Mike Ditka's rule of diet, I would like to say following diet doesn't mean like to have a strict diet. Eating boiled chicken and veggies is also not a compulsion.

You will start it with a josh but at the end of the week you will get tired by following the same routine.

Also, Eating healthy doesn’t always mean that you should eat boiled veggies or grilled chicken always, Homemade Indian food gives sufficient amount of nutrients to us.

Chapati, dal, homemade vegetables or leafy vegetables, curd gives sufficient amount of complex carbs, proteins, healthy fats and fibres.

Apart from this prime thing, you should also enjoy the process of cooking. For this, you can try to cook on your own and give the little twist to dish so that you can enjoy the cooking process and it also ends to be mouth watery to fulfill food cravings.

Thus, the main moral of saying all this is we all are going through tough time and our number one priority is to maintain our health. Therefore, we should "EAT HEALTHY & STAY HEALTHY."
